  Actions of the Insured in case of an insured accident


In case of unexpected accident the Insured (or the authorised representative) shall immediately (within 24 hours), as soon as it is possible, at any time of the day contact the 24-hr-a-day call center of the Assistance company by the telephone specified in the Insurance policy, and state: the last name, first name, patronymic, policy number and expiration date, address and telephone number at which the Insured may be contacted, the matter of the required assistance and the reason. If the Assistance company may not be contacted the Insured shall contact (toll-free) with the Insurer by the telephone specified in the insurance policy.

 

Twenty-four-hour assistance: Call-center 0 800 500 157 (free from land-line pnones within Ukraine) or 502 (from mobile phones according to the tariffsof mobile operator)
