1. The insured, the name insured, or lawful successors of the insured must immediately notify the necessary authorities on the fact of the insurance accident and notify the Insurer within the term set by the insurance policy.

2. To provide for participation of the Insurer in examination of the insurance accident place if necessary.

3. To prepare all the necessary documents in relation to the insurance accident and submit them to the Insurer.

4. In order to determine the consequences of th insurance accident the Insured must be examined by a medical-expert commission.
